THREE FAST REPLACEMENTS
DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) offers three replacements in two years, including two chances to use Flyaway Coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions, or missing aircraft, you can have your product replaced for a small additional cost. For DjI Mavic 3 Cine, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is $239, the second replacement is $299, and the third replacement is $349. If you use the replacement available for Flyaway Coverage, the replacement fee will be $1,189.

Please Note:
1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria:

  • Brand new and un-activated aircraft;
  • Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours;
  • Repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation);

2. After DJI Care Refresh is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region since the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.

4. Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

Flyaway Coverage
DjI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where aircraft goes missing during flight, allowing you to enjoy worry-free flights.
* To ensure that your aircraft can enjoy Flyaway replacement service, please bind your DIl account and device with the aircraft in advance through the app. Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or device was not bound before the flyaway incident occurred.

FULL COVERAGE, HASSLE-FREE
Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, etc. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

EXTENDED WARRANTY, MORE SECURITY
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan), the warranty period is extended by 12 months, covering the warranty service period without interruption.
* The product’s extended warranty period is based on the purchase date of DJI Care Refresh and the warranty of the product or components.

SAVE TIME WITH EXPRESS
Express is an option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quotation process. A DJI service center will ship you a replacement as soon as they receive your product.

Factory Maintenance
DJI service centers offer factory maintenance covering inspections and upgrades, cleaning, and easily-worn-part replacement to keep your aircraft in excellent condition. DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan provides 2 factory maintenance services in 2 years.

Exclusive Repair Discounts
Repair fees are no longer a concern when a non-coverage accident occurs. DJI Care Refresh provides exclusive discounts for high-quality repair service. DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan provides 3 times of discounted repair service in 2 years.

Rewards for Safe Flight
Throughout the service period, if you haven’t used any replacements or repair services, DJI will provide you with a 1-year warranty extension as reward.

DJI will cover shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service.
